Sashimi, horse meat from Haruno, straw-grilled seared pork, cedar-grilled pork on a plank, kushikatsu platter... This course is themed on the latest delicious seasonal ingredients from Kochi and locally produced and locally consumed food.

・Assortment of two kinds of sashimi delivered directly from Susaki

・Egg gomaki, vegetable sushi, konnyaku sushi, mackerel sushi

・Horse meat sashimi delivered directly from Haruno ~Raw liver style~

・Straw-grilled bonito and yellowtail (with sauce or salt)

・Bamboo shoot buns and spring wild vegetables

・Pork with buds and miso, grilled on a cedar board

・Chicken tempura with yuzu dashi and Kuroshio bonito salt
