■ Assorted sashimi (3 kinds) [Yellowtail, Salted Seared Bonito, Fresh Fish]
■Sushi Kochi Country Sushi Platter
[Inari sushi, konnyaku sushi, egg roll sushi]
Grilled dish: Straw-grilled chicken steak, deep-fried eggplant with chive vinegar
■ First dish: Cabbage rolls with Kochi tomatoes and chicken bouillon
■ Fried food: clam and Kochi vegetable tempura with green onion sauce
Deep-fried Tosa Bay minced fish wrapped in hosho paper, served with Kuroshio Odori salt
■ Meal: Rice simmered in soy sauce with Tosa bonito and Kochi ginger
