■ Appetizer: Today's celebratory dish: Mizuna and scallops with wasabi

■Salad: Radish and pork salad with sesame dressing

■ Sashimi: Whole sea bream sashimi plate and four kinds of sashimi

■Sushi Assortment of four types of sushi (seared mackerel sushi, etc.)

■ Simmered dish: Yellowtail and radish stewed in a clay pot with yuzu citrus and Japanese mustard

■Special dish: Bamboo shoot buns with kinome bean paste

■Grilled food Low-temperature roasted pork Steamed vegetables from Kochi Sweet sauce
